On novemeber 22nd 1963 Jack Daughtery signed a notorized document for the Dallas Police department, noteried by Patsy Collins, stating the following. Jack was an empoyee of the texas school book depositroy working on the sixth floor. He claims to have gone back to work at 12:45 but then contradicts himself stating he had already gone back to work and gone to the fifth floor to get stock by the time he heard the shot. He then states he went down to the first floor and asked Eddie Piper, another empoyee, if he heard anything. Eddie responds that he heard three shots. Jack then claims to have returned to work on the six floor, seeing everyone but Oswald. He claims to have seen oswald on the sixth floor shortly before noon but not after the shots were fired.
